Reactor 40 automatic pilots are very versatile. In the corepack, functions are offered for sailing and motor navigation, including course control, wind control, turn/trash, step turns and many more. You just have to select the autopilot compatible with your boat’s steering system. You just have to link a GRF™ 10 unit with the drive system included on board.

In addition, this new system significantly reduces course errors, route deviation, rudder movement and energy consumption, while offering a comfortable trip for all passengers.

Full integration with Garmin plotters

By combining it with our network-connected compatible plotter, you can have full control over the Reactor 40 unit from anywhere on the boat. In addition to keeping the course under practically all kinds of weather and wind conditions, the system can also fluidly carry out a series of pre-programmed fishing and search procedures. In addition, with a compatible Garmin plotter connected to the network and the BlueChart® g2 Vision® cards (sold separately), you will be able to access additional functions such as AutoRuta1, which controls the rudder automatically following the GPS routes.

Stay in control with Shadow Drive technology

In hydraulic installations, the corepack of automatic pilot Reactor 40 mechanical by solenoid and with the possibility of integration with existing systems includes the optional patented Shadow Drive technology. This gives you the security of knowing that you will maintain control even with the autopilot activated. The Shadow Drive system automatically deactivates the autopilot if the rudder is turned, giving you the freedom to maneuver the ship. The autopilot is automatically reactivated when a fixed course is maintained.

Reactor 40 is available with 3 linear drive systems (sold separately) compatible with multiple steering systems on almost any medium to large vessel (depending on the specific installation). All Garmin linear drive systems include an integrated rudder response sensor.
