{"title":"Harken Sportfishing","description":"\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor some time, we’ve been aware that people have been going to the boat store, acquiring some of our ball bearing sailing blocks, calling them pulleys and using them to compete in a whole new arena every bit as competitive as sailing, sportfishing. Most of the Harken hardware you’ll see in the sportfishing fleet comes from the sailing equipment we’ve been designing to be ever more efficient for over 50 years. Recently, we’ve begun to collaborate with top level fishing crews and our customers at boat builders and outrigger companies, to design the initial ‘fishing first’ Harken products. Today’s teams rig halyards, teasers, and dredges through Harken ball bearing sheaves for much the same reason sailors use them. They make adjusting tackle easier and performance more responsive. The result?
