The TIX804 delivers a powerful 12,000 verified fixture lumens and an ultra-wide 110° beam angle for the ultimate halo-effect.
Control colors, modes & special effects directly from your MFD and/or the optional Lumishore Display.

What happens if I wire the polarity incorrectly?
The guide warns to ensure correct polarity, and notes that incorrect installation will invalidate the warranty.
Do I need to disconnect power before installation?
Yes. Disconnect or isolate the vessel’s power source/battery before installation.
What marine sealant is specified for installation?
The tools list specifies marine sealant: “Use only 3M 4200”.
Can I install or remove the light while the boat is in the water?
No. The installation guide says not to install or remove the light with the vessel in the water.
How far below the waterline should the light be installed?
Install it 6–10 inches (150–250 mm) below the minimum load waterline.
Do wiring connections need to be waterproof?
Yes. The guide says all connections must be waterproof and recommends using a suitable junction box or waterproof connectors.
How far apart should multiple TIX lights be installed for best results?
For best results, install the lights about 2.5 ft to 6.5 ft (0.8–2 m) apart (spacing may vary with vessel size, location, and water clarity).
Can I unscrew or remove the cartridge from the light body?
No. The guide warns not to unscrew or remove the cartridge from the light body, as it will invalidate the warranty and may damage the LED module.
Does each light need its own fuse or circuit breaker?
Yes. Use a suitable fuse/circuit breaker for the system, and each light should be individually fused.
How tight should the retaining bolts be torqued?
Do not over-tighten. The guide states “A force of 3Nm on each bolt should not be exceeded.”
How often does Lumishore recommend inspecting the light and wiring?
They recommend general inspection of the light module, driver, and cable attachments every month.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.
You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?
We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
