Description
The H5000 instrument system is powered by a smart Central Processing Unit (CPU), capable of running three levels of software, Hydra, Hercules and Performance. Performance is specifically designed for larger yachts. In addition to the benefits of running a CPU delivered by Hydra, plus the racing features of Hercules, Performance introduces features to facilitate the monitoring of complex systems typical of larger yachts such as support for dual wind sensors.
Additionally, the system provides support for dual rudders, including advanced features like rudder toe-in angle. Performance also monitors multiple daggerboards; port, starboard, centre and provides an active draught value (depth below the daggerboard). Further bespoke functionality delivered by Performance for sailing large yachts includes the tracking of ground wind speed and direction, Rate of Turn and enhanced polar performance targets.
It is straightforward to set up and calibrate with the new H5000 web-browser interface, however complex the system.

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.
You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method at checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?
The estimated time until you receive your order is the preparation time plus the carrier transit time.
Order preparation: check the dispatch estimate on the product page. This is the time needed before your order is handed over to the carrier.
Standard shipping — estimated transit after dispatch:
• European Union and United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
• United States: 3–6 business days.
• Other destinations: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping: where available for your address, you can select it at checkout. Transit estimates depend on the destination and service offered. Refer to any estimate displayed at checkout; if no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering if your delivery is time-sensitive. Express applies to transport only and does not shorten preparation time.
Transit starts when the carrier receives your parcel, not when you place your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays and remote delivery areas may extend transit times.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, including all items ordered.
Also, our support team receives one and the provisioning workflow is initiated.
A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
Once the shipment process begins, you will start receiving notifications both by email and SMS on your mobile phone constantly updating about shipment status, which will be specially relevant in cross-border shipments, for yachts in transit, and to avoid many different issues than can occur during domestic and international shipments. Our delivery guarantee without issues exceeds 99,5%, greatly increasing the sector average, due to continuous supervision of the shipping agents and constant updates provided to our customers, ensuring both parties are acknowledged about each shipping process step.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Obviously yes!
On your confirmation e-mail most probably you will find a printable order statement.
When the product is shipped we will send you the associated invoice.
