Para empresas que siguen procesos internos de compra o para particulares que se sienten más cómodos comprando mediante procesos tradicionales, "offline", nuestros clientes siempre pueden solicitar una factura proforma, detallando los artículos que les interesan, sus cantidades y, opcionalmente, proporcionando la dirección de facturación y envío, así como un número de teléfono, para una mejor estimación del envío y la entrega más rápida una vez realizado el pedido.

¿Qué métodos de pago se aceptan en la tienda en línea?

¿Cuánto tardará la entrega?
Solo utilizamos transportistas de primera clase, como UPS y DHL. Hay disponible una opción de "Entrega exprés" para muchos destinos de envío.
No debería tardar más de 2-4 días en cualquier destino europeo, 3-6 días en cualquier destino de EE. UU. y 3-7 días en todo el mundo.
