The Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL is the world’s first dual-mode, dual-SIM phone, bridging the gap between satellite and terrestrial communications. By using both a satellite SIM card and a cellular SIM card, you can now move in and out of terrestrial coverage with ease, enjoying connectivity no matter where you are.

Then use your XT-PRO DUAL to send your coordinates to pre-defined numbers via SMS or email, based on preset time intervals, distance travelled or movement beyond your preset geofence.
Most powerful battery
Equipped with a long lasting battery, the XT-PRO DUAL has a talk-time of up to 11 hours and a standby time of up to 100 hours, enabling reliable communications whenever you need them across an extended period. The status indicator gives you accurate readings with the remaining battery percentage indicated in 1% intervals.

Toughened glass for harsh conditions and a customized outdoor display delivers easy readability in direct sunlight, no matter how bright the conditions are.
Dedicated SOS button
The XT-PRO DUAL has a dedicated SOS button, which is easy to use in times of distress. Even when the phone is switched off, simply press and hold the SOS button for three seconds. This starts the handset and triggers the emergency service call (and/or SMS) to any pre-programmed number.

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?
For companies following internal purchasing processes or for individuals who feel better purchasing following traditional, "offline" processes, our customers can always ask for a proforma invoice, detailing the items you're interested in, their quantities, and, optionally, providing the billing and shipping address, and a phone number, for a better shipping estimate and fastest delivery once purchased.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.
You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?
We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you want products to be shipped using your own carrier.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, including all items ordered.
Also, our support team receives one and the provisioning workflow is initiated.
A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
Once the shipment process begins, you will start receiving notifications both by email and SMS on your mobile phone constantly updating about shipment status, which will be specially relevant in cross-border shipments, for yachts in transit, and to avoid many different issues than can occur during domestic and international shipments. When the product is shipped we will send to you the associated invoice.
