Description

Simple to set up and use, owners can control the lights by zone and create lighting scenes to match any mood. An input for “triggers” allows for programable lighting events personal to you.

Simply connect the Command Center with a plug-&-play cable, and smart control for your lighting fixtures will appear automatically.

The Over-the-Air feature allows software updates for new features and improvements, by connecting to a laptop or PC via Wi-Fi.

What should I do before starting installation?

Isolate the vessel power and disconnect the battery before installation.

Which MFD port should be used when connecting the Command Center?

Use an MFD manufacturer-specific network expansion port (per your MFD installation guide or dealer advice).

Is professional installation recommended?

Yes. The documentation states a qualified professional should carry out the electrical and mechanical installation.

How do I terminate the DMX chain?

Terminate the installation by plugging a DMX Terminator into the last light/driver/hub/module in the series.

What cable is specified for Simrad & B&G MFD installation?

The instructions specify using the Navico conversion cable: “Pn: 60-0373.”

When do I need to run the initial setup process?

Setup is only performed upon initial installation, or after a system SD card change.

How do I waterproof the Ethernet connection at the Command Center?

Use the field install RJ45 IP67 cover supplied by Lumishore to make the connection to the Command Center waterproof.

How is the Command Center connected into the DMX chain?

It plugs into the first Driver, Hub, or Light Module in the series.

What cable is used for direct connection to the Lumishore Display?

For direct connection to the Lumishore Display, use a standard ethernet network cable (Cat5e).

Do I need to fuse the Command Center/lighting system circuit?

Yes. Protect the system using a suitable fuse or circuit breaker.

Can I cut or extend the DMX link cable?

No. Use DMX extension cables to link devices; do not cut or extend the DMX link cable.

What lighting systems is the EOS-LUX Command Center designed to be used with?

It’s specified for Lumishore EOS underwater systems and Lumishore LUX above-water systems, including “All SMX, THX and TIX EOS underwater lighting systems” and “All LUX Lighting above water systems.”

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.

You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.

A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
