What sealant does the manual recommend for installation?

The tool list specifies marine sealant and notes: use only 3M 4200.

What hole size is specified if using the Delrin sleeve?

The installation guide lists a 34mm (1" 11/32) hole size when using the Delrin sleeve.

How far below the waterline should the light be installed?

Install the thru-hull light about 6”–10” (150–250mm) below the minimum load water line.

Can I cut or extend the included light-module cable?

No. Each light is supplied with a 3m (10ft) cable with a pre-installed connector, and it should not be cut or extended.

What spacing is recommended between multiple lights?

For best results, install lights between 2.5ft (0.8m) and 6.5ft (2m) apart.

Are there mounting surface constraints (flat/curved, location)?

Yes. Choose a flat (not curved) surface and mount on the transom or side hull only.

Where should the i-Connect Hub and external driver be mounted?

Mount the SUPRA i-Connect Hub and External Driver Modules in a dry, well ventilated location.

What warranty period is listed for the THX1604?

The THX1604 datasheet lists a 3-year warranty.

What is the water ingress protection rating?

The datasheet lists the light as IP68 rated.

What is the standard cable length on the light?

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.

You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.

A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
