The speakers are available in white or gray. CRGBW LED lights are optional on 6.5” and 7.7” sizes and standard on 8.8” size.

What safety gear is needed during speaker installation?
Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask when drilling, cutting, or sanding during installation for your safety.
How do you connect the speaker wires?
Use the included wiring harness and observe polarity. A water-tight connection method is recommended for all connections.
What wire gauge should be used to connect the speakers?
Use 16 AWG (1.3 through 1.5 mm2) or larger marine-grade, fully-tinned copper speaker wire for best results.
How should the rear of the speaker be protected from water?
The rear of the speaker, including all connected components and wires, is not waterproof and must be protected against moisture exposure.
What precautions should be taken when cutting mounting holes?
Always check the opposite side before drilling or cutting to avoid damaging the vessel. Wear safety gear.
How can wiring-harness connections be secured for strain relief?
Use cable ties or Amphenol clips to secure the wiring-harness connections and provide strain relief.
What is the correct template printing procedure for mounting?
If you print the template, set scaling to 100% before printing and measure template dimensions for accuracy.
How should speaker wires be routed?
Protect speaker wires from sharp objects and use rubber grommets when wiring through panels. Avoid routing near sources of interference.
How should pilot holes for mounting be drilled?
Do not drill the pilot holes through the holes on the speaker. Drill using the template only.
How do you attach the grille after mounting the speaker?
Hold the grille with the Fusion text at 6 o’clock position, place on the rim, and press to snap in place.
Should unused LED wires be insulated?
Yes, all unused LED wires must be insulated on the harness to avoid causing a short circuit.
Should LED and speaker wires be routed together?
Avoid bundling or routing LED wires together with speaker wires to reduce potential interference.
