Overview
These line organizers are designed to be installed between a row of clutches terminating hayards and control lines, and corresponding winches. The orgainzer allows fewer winches to service increasingly busy pit areas. The tulip sheaves keep even very acute leads fair and reduce friction in the process.

What maintenance steps are important for warranty compliance?
Minimal maintenance is required but is necessary to give best service and to comply with the warranty.
What fasteners should be used for installation?
Use stainless steel fasteners in all mounting holes along with supplied washers.
What parts are included in the box for installation?
Product is shipped from the factory with hardware zip tied to the plates. Use care when removing zip ties to avoid losing hardware.
Can power tools be used to tighten the bolts during installation?
Do not use power drivers. Overtightening will permanently damage organizer and cause sheaves to bind.
How tight should the mounting bolts be torqued?
Tighten bolts only wrist tight (25 ft-lb/34 Nm) to remove play between block and deck.
What surface must the organizer be mounted to?
Deck or mounting surface must be solid, designed for block load. Consult with builder.
Is there any special hardware that must be installed to prevent corrosion?
Install the enclosed black plastic washers between the stainless steel washers and the aluminum top plate to prevent dissimilar metal corrosion.
What should be used when replacing shackles and fasteners?
Use Harken parts to maintain the proper strength when replacing shackles and fasteners.
Are there any cautions when using cleaning products?
Exposure to some teak cleaners and other caustic solutions can result in discoloration of part and is not covered under the warranty.
Is lubrication of the organizer required?
Lubrication is not required for this deck organizer.
Should the fasteners be coated or treated before passing through the organizer?
Stainless fasteners which pass through aluminum blocks should be coated with an antiseize compound.

• Other destinations: 3–7 business days.
