Charts: the 102sv uses a worldwide basemap for general reference. Detailed Garmin Navionics+ or Navionics Vision+ charts are optional; choose coverage for your cruising area separately.

Before you order
Which option should I choose?
Choose 010-02879-01 for the GT56UHD-TM transducer bundle. Choose 010-02879-00 if you do not need that transducer; compatibility with an existing installation should be checked first.
Does support for LiveScope mean it is included?
No. LiveScope support describes compatibility with optional equipment; it does not mean a LiveScope system is included in these two options.
What information helps you check compatibility?
Send the model and part number of your existing transducer, chartplotter and any sonar module, plus your intended installation and chart region.
Integrated UHD sonar
Some models include a GT56 transducer that provides the traditional Garmin CHIRP sonar and the ultra-high-definition ClearVü™ and SideVü™ scanning sonars to obtain photographic-quality images of what is under the surface.

Wireless networks
If you have another compatible ECHOMAP Ultra 2 or ECHOMAP UHD2 plotter on the boat, you can share information wirelessly, such as sonar images, waypoints and routes, between them.

How long will delivery take?
The estimated time until you receive your order is the preparation time plus the carrier transit time.
Order preparation: check the dispatch estimate on the product page. This is the time needed before your order is handed over to the carrier.
Standard shipping — estimated transit after dispatch:
• European Union and United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
• United States: 3–6 business days.
• Other destinations: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping: where available for your address, you can select it at checkout. Transit estimates depend on the destination and service offered. Refer to any estimate displayed at checkout; if no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering if your delivery is time-sensitive. Express applies to transport only and does not shorten preparation time.
Transit starts when the carrier receives your parcel, not when you place your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays and remote delivery areas may extend transit times.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, including all items ordered.
Also, our support team receives one and the provisioning workflow is initiated.
A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
Once the shipment process begins, you will start receiving notifications both by email and SMS on your mobile phone constantly updating about shipment status, which will be specially relevant in cross-border shipments, for yachts in transit, and to avoid many different issues than can occur during domestic and international shipments. Our delivery guarantee without issues exceeds 99,5%, greatly increasing the sector average, due to continuous supervision of the shipping agents and constant updates provided to our customers, ensuring both parties are acknowledged about each shipping process step.
