The STRIKER 4 probe with portable carrying case is perfect for fishing from a kayak or a canoe. In addition, it is especially useful for ice fishing. Smooth Scaling™ graphics allow you an uninterrupted visualization of the image by switching between depth scales. Discover the clarity of CHIRP

The STRIKER 4 probe includes a Garmin CHIRP (77/200 kHz) transducer, which provides a visibly higher level of clarity and detail of fish and structures than traditional 77/200 kHz transducers.

Instead of emitting a single frequency, CHIRP emits sweeps of continuous frequencies with an intensity that ranges from low to high levels and then interprets them one by one as it receives them. Thanks to the fact that the frequencies provide a wider spectrum of information, CHIRP probe technology is capable of creating sharp fish arcs with a superior target separation.

You can also upgrade to Garmin’s high-performance CHIRP technology, which provides high-quality probe images with exceptional resolution and lens separation in waters of different depths. For a better fishing experience, the contours of the bottom are more visible, even at the highest speeds, and it is possible to suppress the signal noise at great depths, which provides a more precise interpretation of what is underneath.

Score points with high-sensitivity GPS

Unlike standard probes, STRIKER probes include an integrated high-sensitivity GPS to locate your current position quickly and accurately, and maintain your GPS location anywhere on the lake you are. What is more important, they allow you to mark the points where the fish bite so that you can come back in the future. You can also mark docks, docks and other locations of the lake. You just have to follow the route that is created on the screen to return to them whenever you want.

Navigate easily with the waypoints map

Since the STRIKER series of probes includes a high-sensitivity GPS, you can see your position with respect to the waypoints you have marked. Use the waypoints map to easily view, mark and navigate to locations such as accumulations of branches, capes and dikes. It is also a very useful tool to find the way back to the dock.

Check your speed on the screen

You can check the speed of the boat easily and quickly on the screen of the STRIKER probe. It is also a very useful tool to make sure that you fish at the right speed for the hook you are using and for certain species of fish. In addition, it offers an optimal method to check if you are going at the right speed in areas of limited speed.

Vertical fishing with the integrated distreller

STRIKER provides you with a probe and a flasher in a single unit. When you practice fixed fishing, such as ice fishing or vertical fishing for robolets, the integrated flasher will show you the bottom, either solid or muddy, the bait with weight, and the depth at which the fish are while swimming towards the beam of the probe. You can even observe the height at which the hook is raised and dropped and if the fish move towards it or move away.
