Always check available space below deck for the flange and motor before drilling holes.

What is the torque specification for hydraulic motor flange screws?

Tighten six M6 precote coated screws to 8 Nm (71 in-lb) when installing the flange.

How should the mounting holes be treated before assembly?

Fill the mounting holes with a suitable marine sealant and remove excess sealant from drainage channels.

What material should mounting bolts be made of?

Only use A4 stainless steel (DIN 267 part 11) bolts. Other materials may lack sufficient strength or corrode.

Can countersunk bolts be used for mounting?

Do not use countersunk bolts to mount winches on the deck. Use only socket head bolts as specified.

How should the self-tailing arm be positioned?

Position the self-tailing arm so the line leaving the winch is led into the cockpit for safety and efficiency.

In what order should the electrical contact components be assembled?

The correct sequence is Nut – Cable Terminal – Self-Locking Washer – Lock Nut.

How should the winch be washed after use?

Wash frequently with fresh water; do not use teak cleaners, solvents, or abrasive pastes on metal or plastic parts.

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.

You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.

Also, our support team receives one and the provisioning workflow is initiated.

A controller will be internally assigned to your specific order, in charge of personally assuring the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.
