What safety step should be done before starting installation?

Disconnect or isolate the vessel’s power source and battery before installation.

When is system setup required (especially regarding the SD card)?

Setup is only needed on initial installation or after changing the system SD card.

Should I check MFD compatibility or software updates before install?

Yes. Check MFD compatibility prior to installing; the MFD may require a software update.

How do I connect audio for the Sound-to-Light feature?

A 3.5mm jack socket is included. Use a jack-to-jack or jack-to-phono cable to connect the “Line out” from a stereo or iPad/iPhone.

Any sealing tips when reattaching the fuse window?

Make sure the fuse window is secured correctly and the O-ring is properly seated and not pinched, or it may leak.

How can the system be controlled (phone/tablet vs MFD)?

It works via inbuilt Wi‑Fi with a smart device (phone/tablet) and is also compatible with multi-function displays (MFD).

Where should the Command Center be mounted?

Mount it in a dry location on a flat (not curved) surface, away from sources of heat or vibration.

Can different types of lights be mixed on the same zone output?

No. Each zone can be configured for different light types, but different types cannot be connected to the same zone.

What does the reset switch do (10s vs 30s hold)?

Hold 10 seconds to reset Wi‑Fi settings (SSID/password and turns internal Wi‑Fi on). Hold 30 seconds for a full factory reset (also clears user zones and scenes).

What is the “switch feedback” output used for?

It can drive an illuminated switch or an LED indicator so you can see the zone’s on/off status.

How do I tell if a zone fuse is OK using the fuse status LED?

The guide says the fuse status LED shows fuse state: solid blue indicates the zone fuse is OK, and off indicates no fuse.

How do I set an expansion module to Zone 4 vs Zone 5, and what LED color indicates it?

Use the expansion module zone toggle switch to set the zone number. The status LED indicates the selection: red for Zone 4 and green for Zone 5.

Should the default Wi‑Fi password be changed?

Yes. It’s strongly encouraged to update the default password on first use; the manual notes using at least 8 characters (12 for added security).

After creating/editing zones, do I need to power-cycle the Command Center?

Yes. After zones are created or edited, wait 30 seconds and then power-cycle the Command Center to ensure setup info is saved.

How do I edit or delete an existing zone in the interface?

To edit or delete a zone, press and hold the Zone Tab for more than 3 seconds.

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.

You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
