This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website available at www.sailrace.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by SailRACE – INTEALIS, S.L. (“SailRACE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Use of the Website attributes the condition of user (“User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping and Returns Policies. If you do not agree with any of these documents, you should not use the Website.

2. Purpose and scope of the Website

The Website provides information about and access to:

  • Marine electronics, sailing equipment and related products,

  • Online shopping services (the “Store”), and

  • Support and technical information related to the products we sell.

Access to and browsing of the Website are free of charge for Users, without prejudice to the cost of their internet connection. Certain areas of the Website (including the Store) may require the creation of a user account and/or the provision of personal data and payment information.

The purchase of products through the Website is governed by our Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions, which complement this Legal Notice.

For aspects relating to product purchases, warranties and liability in connection with orders placed through the Store, the provisions of our Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions shall apply.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the User’s country of residence.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules:
