Per le aziende che seguono processi di acquisto interni o per le persone che si sentono più a loro agio acquistando secondo procedure tradizionali, "offline", i nostri clienti possono sempre richiedere una fattura pro forma, con il dettaglio degli articoli di interesse, delle quantità e, facoltativamente, fornendo l'indirizzo di fatturazione e di spedizione, oltre a un numero di telefono, per un migliore preventivo di spedizione e la consegna più rapida una volta effettuato l'acquisto.

Quali metodi di pagamento sono accettati nell'Online Shop?
Accettiamo carte di credito e di debito, PayPal e anche Apple Pay.

Quanto tempo richiede la consegna?
Utilizziamo solo corrieri di prima classe, come UPS e DHL. È disponibile un'opzione "Consegna espressa" per molte destinazioni di spedizione.
Non dovrebbero volerci più di 2-4 giorni per qualsiasi località europea, 3-6 giorni per qualsiasi località negli USA e 3-7 giorni in tutto il mondo.
