What should I do with unused wiring connections during installation?
Any unused connections should be terminated and isolated.
Do I need to isolate vessel power before installation?
Yes. Disconnect or isolate the vessel’s power source and battery prior to installation.
Should a qualified professional install this light?
Yes. The guide states that a qualified professional should carry out both electrical and mechanical installation.
In the switch wiring diagram, what does the switch connect to?
For the dual-color switch connection shown, the guide notes the switch connects to the negative wires of the Neon Flex.
Are there location limits regarding direct sunlight?
Yes. Even though the material is UV resistant, it should not be installed in areas of strong direct sunlight.
How should the strip be uncoiled and handled during install?
Uncoil it carefully along its length (don’t lift by one end). Avoid dropping or twisting, and don’t apply excessive pressure.
How long should the end-cap sealant cure after sealing?
Allow it to cure undisturbed for 24 hours after fitting the end cap.
Why is the sponge cord used during sealing after cutting?
The sponge cord prevents sealant from touching the LEDs, which may cause color shift/discoloration.
How is Neon Flex mounted, and what clip spacing is recommended?
Mount using the supplied stainless steel clips. It’s recommended to use a clip every 300mm and add more around tight bends.
How much silicone adhesive should be used when sealing a blanking end cap?
Fill the blanking end cap about one-third of the way up with the supplied silicone adhesive before fitting it.
Where can I cut the Neon Flex when trimming to length?
Only cut on the marked cut points; the guide notes to identify the nearest cut point before cutting.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.
You can also pay by bank transfer, selecting this payment method when checkout. Once the order has been placed without paying money, in the next screen we will provide you the bank information required for the transfer.

How long will delivery take?
We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
