LUX Downlights are the perfect solution for interior or exterior overhead lighting needs. The DL50 delivers incredible output and a profile that is among the slimmest.

Full spectrum CRGBW (cold white, red, green, blue, warm white) and white color temperature tuneable (from 2700k to 6500k) in a single downlight unit.

Completely sealed and IP68 rated, it is perfectly suited for a variety of indoor or outdoor overhead lighting needs.

Choose between a white or black bezel and a hard anodised aluminium body to complement the style of your boat.

LUX Downlights are easily controllable by a momentary switch, with the option to upgrade to full integration with your compatible MFD and/or Lumishore Display.

Dimmable as standard and powered by the LUX Light Control Module.

Will the back of the light get hot after installation?

The rear of the light may get warm to the touch; the guide says it will not cause damage to the mounting surface.

What wiring method is specified for the DL50 downlight?

The DL50 datasheet specifies a simple 3-wire electrical installation.

What is the warranty period for the lighting system?

The installation guide states the lighting systems and associated lights/accessories are warranted for three years from the date of original purchase.

What can void the warranty?

The guide lists several causes including improper installation, installation by unqualified personnel, unauthorized repair/modification, or non-approved installations.

What safety step should I do before starting installation?

Isolate power before installation. The guide states to disconnect or isolate the vessel’s power source and battery prior to installing the light.

How do I secure the light for indoor installations?

For indoor installs, use the supplied spring clips: pull back the spring clips, feed the light into the hole, then release the clips as the light is positioned.

For exterior/wet-area installs, how should the DL50 be fixed in place?

For exterior installs or wet areas, use a suitable marine sealant/adhesive. Remove the spring clips, apply a small amount around the glass bezel, then push in with a slight rotation to spread it evenly.

How should I clean the bezel after installing with adhesive?

Clean excess adhesive with a soft cloth and soap and water. The guide warns not to use chemical cleaners.

Does the mounting surface need to be flat?

Yes. The guide notes the light must be mounted on a flat (not curved) surface.

What is the DL50’s stated construction/materials?

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
