No, you must purchase the bulk Garmin BlueNet Ethernet cable separately (010-12528-12) to make custom cables.

Are there cautions about overtightening the cable housing nut?

Yes, when fastening the strain relief nut, do not overtighten to avoid damaging the connector or cable.

How should the copper tape be applied to the Ethernet cable?

Wrap the supplied copper tape around the drain wire and jacket, then use pliers to pre-form the cable jacket end.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
