You can use the included wiring harnesses or the integrated spade connectors, but the harnesses are recommended for best results.
What size speaker wire should be used for connecting the speakers?
Use 16 AWG (1.3 through 1.5 mm²) or larger marine-grade, fully-tinned copper speaker wire for connecting the speakers.
What precautions should be taken when drilling mounting holes?
Always check the opposite side before drilling to avoid damaging your vessel. Wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask.
How is the grille attached to the speaker?
With speakers mounted, align the Fusion text to the bottom, place the grille, and press to snap in place.
How should the wiring harness be secured?
Secure the harness with cable ties or Amphenol A Series clips for strain relief.
Should speaker and LED wires be bundled together?
No, avoid bundling speaker wires with LED wires to prevent interference.
What compass clearance is needed?
Do not mount speakers less than the specified compass-safe distance of the product.

No, only the front is protected. The rear, including wires, must be protected against moisture to prevent failure or hazard.
