The SteadyCast heading sensor is a simple and very easy-to-install solution that can be quickly calibrated and provides exceptional course accuracy. Align the bow of the boat with the real orientation, so that, with the help of the plotter screen, you can know where you throw the hook.
Precise direction even at low speed
With a heading out frequency of 10 Hz and an accuracy of more/minus 3 degrees, you can be sure that the orientation of the letter and the heading line of the boat will totally coincide with reality, even at low speed or when being totally still in the water.
Effective in coarse sea conditions
You can also fully rely on the accuracy of the course information, even in coarse sea conditions.
Easy to install and quick to calibrate
Thanks to the NMEA 2000® plug-and-play interface and a precise and simple two-step calibration process for compatible Garmin plotters, the SteadyCast rumbo sensor is very easy to install. Basic calibration is also supported. It is also available for Garmin echoMAP models and other NMEA 2000 displays. How should the cable be routed during sensor installation?
