With the Garmin NMEA 2000 analog liquid level adapter on your boat, you can give new life to your old indicators and make the transition from an analog to a digital system. The easy-to-use adapter collects the data generated by traditional analog indicators and converts the data into an NMEA 2000 signal so that you can create and expand your network without replacing all the boat's equipment.

Connect to your network

With the Garmin GFL 10 adapter, you can convert the analog information provided by the liquid level sensor (not included) of the boat and send it to the NMEA 2000 network. Thanks to the GFL 10 adapter, it is easier to observe the liquid level information on the compatible Garmin screens that you have connected to the NMEA 2000 network.

Simple update

Garmin's NMEA 2000 range of analog adapters is easy to add to an existing marine network. Once installed, the adapter data can be viewed through the Garmin GMI 10 digital nautical display and other compatible Garmin devices. The ease of installation will help you move your old controls to the digital age.

Are any tools or additional components required for installation?

You may need heat-shrink tubing, a heat gun, cable ties, and additional NMEA 2000 cabling and connectors (optional).

What is the compass safe distance for installation?

Install the adapter at least 2 in. (5 cm) from a magnetic compass to avoid interference.

Can the GFL 10 be submerged during normal use?

The GFL 10 is waterproof to IEC 60529 IPX7 but should not be installed where it will be submerged regularly.

How do you wire the GFL 10 to an analog gauge?

Connect the blue wire to sensor (S,G), white to gauge power (+, +12V, I, IGN), black to ground (-, G). Do not remove existing wires.

What is the recommended procedure when wiring to a fuel tank sensor?

Connect the adapter to the sender before connecting to the NMEA 2000 network to reduce the risk of sparks near the tank.

How do you connect the GFL 10 to a NMEA 2000 network?

Connect the GFL 10's NMEA 2000 connector to a T-connector on the backbone; a drop cable may be used for longer distances.

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
