To meet RF exposure requirements, the device must be installed and used with at least 20 cm (7.87 in.) distance between it and your body.

Is Garmin responsible for damages from improper template use during mounting?

Garmin is not responsible for damages or expenses resulting from mistakes during mounting if you did not follow the provided template instructions precisely.

How can I ensure the mounting template is printed at the correct scale?

After printing the template, measure at least one dimension with a ruler to confirm it is at 100% scale.

Who should perform repairs or modifications on this product?

Repairs should only be made by an authorized Garmin service center to avoid permanent damage or voiding your warranty.

What could interfere with the device's GPS signal reception?

Proximity to devices using terrestrial broadband networks close to GNSS frequencies may degrade GPS performance and impair signal reception.

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
