Should I print my own mounting template for installation?

It is not recommended. Always use the template provided in the product box to avoid incorrect sizing or cutouts.

Who is responsible for damage from incorrect mounting?

Garmin is not responsible for damages from a miscut mounting surface due to incorrect installation or ignored instructions.

How do you check printed template accuracy for installation?

After printing, use a ruler to measure at least one dimension line to ensure the template printed at 100% scale.

What could happen if you use the wrong size template for mounting?

Using an incorrectly sized template can result in an incorrect cutout, making the device hard to install correctly.

Can you print your own mounting template?

It is not recommended to print your own mounting template; use the one included in the box to ensure sizing accuracy.

Are there requirements for the minimum distance to the user for RF exposure?

Install and operate with at least 20 cm (7.87 in.) separation between the device and your body.

Who should perform repairs or servicing of the device?

Only an authorized Garmin service center should perform repairs or servicing to avoid permanent damage and warranty voiding.

Should I use this device as the sole navigation guide?

No. Use it to supplement, not replace, official government charts and navigation sources.

Can I ask for a proforma invoice instead of purchasing online?

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
