Garmin provides advanced nautical technology for users in the field of navigation previously available only for commercial boats in a complete package designed for sailing and motor boats. The Reactor 40 series of autopilots provides the most responsive autopilot system we have offered so far.
Reactor 40 automatic pilots are very versatile. In the corepack, functions are offered for sailing and motor navigation, including course control, wind control, turn/trash, step turns and many more. You just have to select the autopilot compatible with your boat's steering system.
The Reactor 40 hydraulic autopilot corepack is perfect for any type of motor boats with hydraulic steering systems with inboard, outboard, mixed and diesel engine, or sailboats with hydraulic steering system. This robust design unit offers users of motor boats a simple autopilot system of high reliability during navigation. Thanks to its 9-axis solid-state AHRS system, Reactor 40 can be installed in virtually any place and orientation, and has a very simple operation. Our patented Shadow Drive technology offers navigators the security of knowing that they have control even when they use the autopilot.

The advanced 9-axis solid-state AHRS system allows you to install the Reactor 40 unit in virtually anywhere and orientation.
