Every order brings you closer to your next discount. Earn points with your purchases and actions on the site, level up (Crew → Mate → Captain → Admiral) and enjoy more benefits on board.
1. How It Works
- Place an order or complete an action on the site → you earn points.
- Your points are stored in your SailRACE Crew account.
- Redeem points for €1, €5 or €10 coupons on future orders.
- Level up (Crew, Mate, Captain, Admiral) and earn more points per euro spent.
Your VIP level is calculated using all the points you’ve earned at SailRACE since January 1st, 2023. Once you reach a level, you keep it: we don’t downgrade you even if you don’t
order for a while.

Coupons apply to the order value, before shipping.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other order discount codes (such as WELCOME5).
- Coupons can be combined with product-level discounts and shipping promotions.
At the moment, points do not expire as long as the SailRACE Crew program remains active. If we ever change this, we’ll let you know in advance.
5. VIP Levels: Crew, Mate, Captain, Admiral
The more you sail with us, the higher your rank and the more points you earn per euro spent.
Crew – All Customers
- You join automatically when you create an account or place your first order.
- Earn 3 points for every €1 spent.
Mate – from 3,500 points
- Threshold: 3,500 accumulated points (roughly after 1–2 average orders).
- Earn approx. 3.5 points for every €1 (350 points for each €100 order).
- Priority access to news and SailRACE Crew content.
Captain – from 7,500 points
- Threshold: 7,500 accumulated points (around 3–4 orders).
- Earn 4 points for every €1 (400 points for each €100 order).
- Preferential communication about special promotions and launches.
Admiral – from 15,000 points
- Threshold: 15,000 accumulated points (around 6–7 orders).
- Earn 4.5 points for every €1 (450 points for each €100 order).
- Early access to limited collections and exclusive perks announced over time.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
How can I see my points?
Log in to your SailRACE account and open the SailRACE Crew widget (points icon). You’ll see your available points, current level and the rewards you can redeem.
From when are my points counted?
We count all points earned at SailRACE since January 1st, 2023. If you’ve shopped with us before, you may already qualify for a higher level (Mate, Captain or Admiral).
Do points expire?
For now, points do not expire as long as the SailRACE Crew program remains active. If we ever change this, we’ll communicate it in advance.
Can I combine several discounts?
Coupons generated from points can’t be combined with other order-level discount codes (such as WELCOME5).
They can, however, be combined with product discounts and shipping promotions.
What happens if I return an order?
If an order is fully or partially refunded, the points earned from that order will be adjusted accordingly.
