This plotter/probe incorporates numerous advantages. Simple to install and even more to use, it has a bright 4.3" screen that is easy to read on a sunny day in the water. It includes a pre-installed world base map and is compatible with our advanced BlueChart g3 and BlueChart g3 Vision coastal charts with integrated Navionics data and Auto route1 technology. In addition, Quickdraw Contours that allows you to create personalized fishing maps instantly on the screen while you fish, with contours of 30 centimeters. In addition, you can share waypoints and routes with other ECHOMAP or STRIKER units. It also has a quick disassembly stand that allows you to quickly remove the device and disconnect it from power.

What installation safety warnings should I follow?
Use this device only as a navigational aid, and not for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location, or topography. Always compare displayed navigation info to other sources and never leave the helm unattended.
Should I use the provided mounting template or print my own?
It is strongly recommended to use the template included in the product box, as self-printing may result in an incorrectly sized cutout.
What is the safe minimum distance from the device during operation?
Install and operate the device with a minimum of 20 cm (7.87 in.) between the device and your body for RF safety compliance.
If I print a mounting template, what must I check before using it?
After printing, measure at least one dimension to confirm the template printed to 100% scale to ensure proper sizing.
Who is responsible if the mounting is done incorrectly due to a misprinted template?
Garmin is not responsible for damages or expenses from mounting errors that result from not following instructions precisely.
If the mounting template is printed smaller or larger than intended, what could happen?
Incorrect template size may result in an incorrect cutout (too large or too small) on your boat’s mounting surface.
What should I verify if I print my own mounting template?
