What should you check before drilling into the boat for installation?
Always check what is on the opposite side of the surface to avoid damaging the vessel.
Why must the deck stabilizer be installed?
The stabilizer reduces the risk of damage to the trolling motor mount and vessel in rough conditions or while trailering.
What safety gear should be worn when installing the trolling motor?
Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask when drilling, cutting, or sanding to avoid possible personal injury.
When and how should you test stabilizer-rod clearance?
Test for clearance and support after installing the rod before final tightening or trimming the stabilizer rod.
If the stabilizer bracket is installed incorrectly, what can happen?
If the bracket is installed facing away from the steering system, the rod can contact the gunwale and prevent proper locking in the deployed position.
How do you confirm a printed mounting template is at the correct scale?
After printing, use a ruler to measure at least one dimension line to ensure the template printed to 100% scale.
Why should you test the stabilizer after initial mounting and before trimming?
Test the rod for clearance and support by moving the motor between positions before final tightening or trimming.
Why are hand tools recommended for motor assembly?
You must use hand tools for assembly; using power tools may damage parts and void the warranty.
How tight should the stabilizer bracket bolts be torqued?
Tighten the bolts to 20 lbf-ft. (27 N-m) after properly positioning the bracket.
What should you do before servicing or cleaning the propeller?
Always disconnect the motor from the battery before cleaning or servicing the propeller to avoid injury.

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
