TRACK
Be the first to know if a safety sensor has been activated or if the boat has moved. The internal GPS sensor is updated every 15 or 30 minutes, depending on energy consumption, and sends text alerts1 if the boat leaves the geofented area.
Monitor
Receive updates1 on the state of the boat's battery, the activity of the bilge pump, electricity in port, temperature changes and much more. Configure alarm notifications in the ActiveCaptain app.
Control
Take control of your boat. Remotely control up to five relay switches directly from the OnDeck hub and the ActiveCaptain app for the main integrated systems, which include battery chargers, ice generators and much more. You can also control as many switches as you need thanks to the compatibility with NMEA 2000 momentary or dimmable-close switches through EmpiriBus digital switching or third-party interfaces.
Activecaptain app
Download the ActiveCaptain app on a compatible smartphone and start managing the boat. You will be able to configure alarm notifications, take control of the boat and much more.
Data storage
Securely collect the boat's data through the Hub OnDeck and store it in the cloud for a maximum of 30 days.

The hub employs global 3G/4G coverage.
Auxiliary battery
An auxiliary internal battery allows access to the OnDeck hub for a maximum of 48 hours even if the boat's battery is dead or the power is disconnected.

Complete integration

What location requirements must be met for mounting the OnDeck Hub?
Install above the waterline, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, and maintain at least 102 mm (4 in.) from cables or interference sources.
How should a relay switch be installed to control external devices?
Connect the IN/OUT harness relay wire to the relay control, ensuring the relay is dry-mounted and powered from the same source as the OnDeck Hub.
What safety precautions should I take before installation?
Disconnect the vessel's power before installing. Always wear safety goggles, ear protection, and a dust mask when drilling, cutting, or sanding.
How can I prevent interference during installation?
Mount at least 102 mm (4 in.) from other cables and sources of interference.
What maintenance should be done for unused connectors?
Cover unused connectors with weather caps to prevent corrosion of metal contacts.
Where should the device be installed for best performance?
Mount the device above the waterline, with access to ventilation and away from extreme temperatures. Ensure a clear view of the sky for GPS and cellular.
How should the antennas be installed and oriented?
Orient both antennas toward the sky—parallel to the device if mounted vertically, perpendicular if mounted horizontally, finger tight plus 45 degrees torque.
How do I correctly connect the device to the battery?
Connect red power wire to battery positive and black wire to negative, securing all connections tightly. Never bypass the in-line fuse.
Are there special considerations for the ground wire?
If all DC systems share a common negative, connect ground directly. If wiring allows isolation, connect to the network devices' negative instead.
Are specific precautions needed for mounting on fiberglass surfaces?
Yes, use a countersink bit to drill through only the gel-coat top layer to avoid cracking when tightening screws.
How should bare wire connections be protected?
Make sure bare wire connections are water tight using heat-shrink type connectors or other water-tight methods if exposed to moisture.

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
We will also notify you by email or SMS continously about each shipping activity.
