Use soap on the circular portion of the stand-up device to ease installation; do not use pliers when installing new device.

How do you install mainsheet blocks with a 6 mm (1/4") clevis pin?
Load plastic bushings from inside, insert 6 mm clevis pin through toggle, then secure with cotter pin.
How are mainsheet blocks with an 8 mm (5/16") clevis pin installed?
Remove block shackle, insert block, insert 8 mm clevis pin through toggle, and secure with cotter pin.
How do you secure the clevis pins once installed?
Both 6 mm and 8 mm clevis pins are secured with a cotter pin as shown in the instructions diagram.
Are there chemical exposure cautions for the toggle or car?
Exposure to some teak cleaners and other caustic solutions can cause discoloration and is not covered by warranty.

Place block headpost between tangs, use 5 mm clevis pins and split rings to secure. Use U-lock for double blocks.

How should stainless screws be treated during assembly?
Use blue Loctite on stainless screws when assembling control blocks; do not use Loctite on plastic set screws.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and also Apple Pay.

How long will delivery take?
We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's a "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
