Description
This Intelliducer enhances your boat's nautical instrumentation by providing depth and temperature data to the screen or plotter of your Garmin NMEA 2000 digital marine device.
The 150 W through-hull Intelliducer has a maximum depth of 900 ft (274 m), operates at a frequency of 160 kHz, and is mounted at a deadrise angle between 13 and 24 degrees.
The transducer kit comes with installation instructions. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid damage to the vessel.

How much clearance is required for installation?
Allow for 8 in. (200 mm) top clearance and 6 in. (150 mm) clearance around the Intelliducer for proper installation access.
What drill hole size is required for installation?
A 2 in. (51 mm) hole must be drilled in the hull for installation.
What regular maintenance is required?
Regularly clean the submerged surface with a mild detergent and scour pad to remove aquatic growth. Avoid scratching the surface.
What installation caution should be observed for wood hulls?
Do not install in wood-hull boats as swelling wood can break the unit and possibly sink your boat.
What hull types can the Intelliducer be installed on?
The Intelliducer is designed for metal and fiberglass hull boats and should not be installed on wood-hull boats.
What is the recommended method for connecting to NMEA 2000?
Connect using the included NMEA 2000 T-connector and drop cable to your existing NMEA 2000 network backbone.
What is the required deadrise angle for this Intelliducer model?
This model is intended for hull deadrise angles between 13 and 24 degrees. Using outside this range will cause inaccurate readings.
What are the unit's physical dimensions and weight?
The unit measures 4 19/32 in. (116.3 mm) L × 4 in. (101.4 mm) W × 3 in. (76.2 mm) D and weighs 13 oz. (364 g).
What are the cable lengths provided?
NMEA 2000 drop Cable is 19 ft. 8 in. (6 m). NMEA 0183 power/data cable is 29 ft. 6 in. (9 m).
Can the Intelliducer be used in salt water?
Yes, but coat the submerged surface with water-based antifouling paint and reapply each season.
