What drill size is required for installing the endstop?

Use a 17/64" (6.5 mm) drill bit for making the holes in the track for installation.

What lubricant is recommended for traveler car maintenance?

Use one to two drops of McLube OneDrop or a light machine oil; do not use spray lubricants.

What screws are required for mounting to 1618 track using the alternate method?

Use 1/4-20 x 1 3/4" (6 mm x 45 mm) flathead stainless steel machine screws for 1618 track.

Is the order of bolt-down steps important when installing?

Bolt track down and place traveler car on before securing endstops.

How should the endstop and track be maintained?

Clean tracks with detergent and water. Clean cars by flushing with fresh water and a little detergent; avoid spray lubricants.

Where should the holes be drilled when mounting the endstop?

Drill two holes through the track, 5/16" (8 mm) and 13/16" (30 mm) from the end.

Is there an alternate mounting method for certain tracks?

For 1618/1610 tracks, slip two 1/4" (6 mm) hex nuts into the channel under the track surface, then use specified screws.

What mounting tip is provided for 1618/1610 tracks?

Slide track bolts, slides, and traveler car on track before securing endstops.

Which tracks are compatible with the 1522 Midrange Endstop?

The 1522 Midrange Endstop fits tracks 1602, 1610, 1616, 1617, and 1618.

Are there cautions regarding cleaning products for the track?

Exposure to some teak cleaners and caustic solutions can cause part discoloration, not covered under warranty.

How long will delivery take?

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.

It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.

When you've placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the "My Account" section, with detail information about parcel status.
