The SL1600 supports the essential MOTOTRBO features your business needs—for example, a transmission interrupt function to prioritize critical communications. ULTRA-SLIM Design
With a thickness of only 22 mm, the SL1600 is ultra-portable. A short antenna, rounded edges, and a rugged build make the SL1600 the perfect work companion. It can be easily carried in pockets or bags without snagging or sticking out.
Advanced Technology
The SL1600 is equipped with the latest technology for excellent performance and ease of use. The shatterproof Active View display uses an LED matrix behind the radio housing to communicate status information and turns off when not in use to save battery. The SL1600 also features Range Max technology: an advanced radio design and patented antenna that provide extended range while maintaining a slim profile and long battery life.
Simple Operation
The SL1600 is designed for easy and intuitive use. The side volume control, power button, prominent push-to-talk key, and top channel switch are designed for quick one-handed access. The “quick channel switch” allows users to cycle through 10 channels at once.
Tough and Reliable
The SL1600 is built to last. With an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, it can be used even in harsh environments. This radio withstands multiple drops and falls.
