Should the speakers be installed by a professional?
It is strongly recommended to have a professional installer mount the audio system to ensure optimum performance.
How do you connect the speaker LEDs without a remote control?
Connect color LED wires to the negative terminal and the black LED wire to the positive terminal of 12 Vdc; use a 3 A fuse.
Are mounting brackets included with the Signature Series Wake Tower speakers?
No, mounting brackets are not included and must be purchased separately for these speakers.
What wire gauge should be used to wire these speakers?
Use 16 AWG (1.3 through 1.5 mm2) or larger fully-tinned copper wire for connections up to 28 ft. For longer runs, a larger gauge may be required.
Are speaker mounting brackets supplied with the speakers?
Mounting brackets must be purchased separately for the Signature Series Wake Tower speakers.
Why might the system lack bass or high frequencies?
Check for correct wire polarity and ensure speakers are securely mounted.
Can I rotate the front logo of the speaker for level mounting?
Yes, for 8.8" models, the front logo can be rotated in 30-degree increments after removing the six screws and securing the speaker.
What should I check if there is no sound from the speakers?
Verify all connections from the source device or amplifier are connected correctly to the speaker terminals.
How should unused LED wires be handled?
You must insulate any unused LED wires to avoid causing a short circuit.
What care should be taken when cleaning the speakers?
Use a damp cloth with fresh water and mild detergent. Do not use high-pressure spray or solvent-based cleaners.

We only use first-class delivery carriers, like UPS and DHL. There's an "Express Delivery" option for many shipping destinations available.
It should not take more than 2-4 days to any European location, 3-6 days to any USA-based location, and 3-7 days worldwide.
