The durable nylon strap with hook-up and twist closure supports backpack straps of up to 4′′ (10 cm) and is compatible with the MOLLE system (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment, modular light load equipment)

The same material with hook-and-turn is also used to easily store the compatible Garmin device for optimal GPS performance, while it can be accessed immediately. When the device is disconnected from the hook-and-turn system, the housing and the cord - with adjustable length from 2′′ to 14′′ (5 cm to 35.6 cm) - will ensure that you have the device with you at all times.

An adapter for mounting in an additional housing is necessary when used with the inReach® Mini 2 device.
