Clarity and level of detail redefined with the high-definition exploration probe system. Using the GCV™ 20 probe module easy to install and with the option of connecting to a network, in addition to the included three-array GT34UHD transducer, you can now obtain the images of the scanning probe in high definition. You will see everything below and on the sides of the boat with an incredibly sharp and clear level of detail.

High-definition ClearVü exploration

This probe system provides a bright image clarity of the structures and fish under the boat at greater depths than other high-frequency exploration probes because it offers greater power for the detection of targets through a downward-facing element.

High-definition SideVü exploration

Get incredibly clear images of the structures and fish on the sides of the boat. This makes it very easy to explore a fishing area quickly, since you will be able to see everything with surprising clarity from the first moment.

Share the images of the probe

You can share the images of the high-definition exploration probe without problems on several networked plotters. You can also add an optional Panoptix probe that sees everything to your network probes.

A slow green blink from the status LED indicates the sounder is connected and operating properly.

How should cable holes be sealed if using grommets?

Use marine sealant after installation to weatherproof around the grommet and cable.

Is the mounting hardware included suitable for all surfaces?

Mounting hardware is included but may not be suitable for all mounting surfaces; select hardware accordingly.

What should you do if the sounder LED blinks red slowly?

A slow red blink means it is not connected to a chartplotter or is waiting to connect. Check wiring if this persists.

What type of cable alignment is required when connecting cables?

Do not force a cable into its port; if properly aligned, the cable should connect easily without damage to pins.

Where should the GCV 20 be mounted to avoid water damage?
