This transducer shows surprising details of the background in medium and low depths up to 274 m (900′).
The Tilted Element transducers have the ceramic element fixed at an angle of 20°, 12° or 0° inside the housing. When the transducer is installed almost flush with the hull, the inclination of the element corrects the elevation of the hull, orienting the beam directly downwards. This guarantees a maximum return of the echo to the transducer and more accurate depth readings.

The B75M is available in three inclined element models:
Fixed inclined version of 20° for hull elevation angles from 16 to 24°
Fixed inclined version of 12° for hull elevation angles from 6 to 15°
Fixed inclined version of 0° for hull elevation angles from 0 to 7°
