What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are free for all registered users purchasing 50£.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.

If you have a big project, we can also accept bank transfer. If that’s the case, send us a message with the form on this page.

How long will delivery take?

We have same-day delivery available for some cities and regions, but it should not take more than 2-3 days.

When you’ve placed your order, you can follow-up the shipping on the “My Account” section, with detail information about parcel status.

We will also let know you by email or SMS.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The NSA, with the biggest cybersecurity budget in the world, has been hacked recently, as you might now from the press. So nobody can 100% ensure anything on cybersecurity.

That said, we are very privacy and security-conscious and have done and deployed many advanced technologies to keep your information protected (sorry for the techy terms …):

  • Our platform updates are automatically managed by WPEngine, a platform recognized in Gartner’s “2018 Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management.” See security and reliability features here.
  • Our system is protected at the DNS level by CloudFlare, the leading DNS provider, from DDoS attacks, man-in-the-middle and many other attacks. See detailed info here.
  • A Web Application Firewall (WAF) has been deployed to inspect and control all access at the DNS level to stop attacks at the very edge of the infrastructure.
What exactly happens after ordering?

You should receive a confirmation e-mail.

Also, our support team receives one and the provisioning worflow is initated. Due to that, a controller will be assigned to your specific order, in charge of ensuring an individual control of the picking, shipping, and dozens of details required to ensure the best experience for you.

You will be able to get access to order status and shipping details directly from the “My Account” section.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Obviously!

On your confirmation e-mail most probably you will find an invoice attached.

If that’s not the case, our internal procedures make sure you will have it available on the “My Account” section at most when products are shipped.

Can I return the products I've purchased?

Obviously yes !!!

For people, law guarantees 14 days of return policy for your orders.

Are products covered by manufacturer's warranty?

Absolutely!

We are official dealers for all products we sell.

All our products come with the official warranty. In fact, if you experience a problem with any product expect from us the best support also if you need help when talking with the manufacturer about any problem. Our relationship with you doesn’t end when the product is delivered. We will be here during the warranty period and the product life cycle.

We have also provisioned technical forums when you can have unofficial support from other mates, but also from our qualified technicians.
