NAUTICAL PACK

This pack includes a screwed bracket and a power cord that allow you to mount the inReach device on the control bridge for easy and immediate access.

BIDIRECTIONAL MESSAGING

Exchange text messages with loved ones waiting for you at home, post on social networks or communicate with another inReach device in the field.

INTERACTIVE SOS ALERTS

In case of emergency, send an interactive SOS message to Garmin ResponseSM, an emergency rescue coordination center with staff available 24 hours a day.

GLOBAL SATELLITE NETWORK

Instead of relying on mobile coverage, your messages, SOS alerts and location tracking data are now transferred through the Iridium® satellite network, with global coverage.

FLEXIBLE SATELLITE BROADCASTING PLANS

To access the Iridium network and communicate with your inReach Mini 2, you need an active satellite services. You can opt for an annual package or a flexible monthly plan.

COMPACT AND RESISTANT DESIGN

Don’t be fooled by its size of 4′′ x 2′′ and its 100 g weight, inReach Mini 2 is robust, durable, impact-resistant (MIL-STD-810) and has IPX7 water resistance.

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES

Thanks to the optional water-resistant housing, you can use your inReach Mini 2 satellite communication device during dives or other adventures outside the boat. Protect your inReach Mini 2 with a water resistance rating of 10 ATM.

Receive detailed updates of the weather conditions on inReach Mini 2 or on a paired compatible device. You can also request the weather forecast for your current location, or any other waypoint or destination of your itinerary.

Access the Garmin Explore cloud website for free through your computer to plan your trips, create default messages and quick texts, synchronize and manage device settings and much more.

GARMIN EXPLORE APP

Synchronize it with the Garmin Explore website or with the mobile application on your compatible smartphone to enjoy navigation, waypoints, routes, activities and collections. You will also be able to access route planning and topographic maps.

GARMIN MESSENGER APP™

Download the Garmin Messenger app on your compatible smartphone and link it to your inReach Mini 2 device to enjoy fast and easy messaging and the SOS function available 24 hours a day that are not limited to the coverage areas of mobile phones1. The application also supports group messaging.
